Bad staff!

Sincerely, it was a good stay on vacation. The staff was caring and a reasonably good breakfast was provided. The location was favourable: shopping centers and convenience stores were within walking distance.

The setting was particularly good, so close to Plaza Zaragoza, the downtown area and the most beautiful beaches. Popped in Osteria for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue. The room was beautifully maintained and modern, had facilities we wanted.

Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with good setting so close to all the major stores like Sams, Home Depot, Office Depot, Walmart and airport and the financial district. The very friendly staff and their attitude. Pleasant experience there.

The breakfast offered good choice of food and was reasonably good. We were in a favourable location within a close distance from Plaza Zaragoza.

Clean, excellent value hotel, its location was convenient and absolutely perfect and very close to the centre of town and shopping area and Plaza Zaragoza and the downtown area. The venue room was well-maintained with a mildly comfortable bed. The staff was very amiable and highly courteous, everything was good.

Had a good 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Booked a king room with good wifi. It was neat and I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable decor.

Stayed in relaxing queen room for a fantastic value. Location: the hotel was so close to the restaurant, Plaza Zaragoza and the downtown area. Furthermore, to the government offices that I am dealing with.

The room was neat and new-fashioned, the bed was great. Mountain view was a bonus. It had favourable and absolutely perfect location with access to Government Center nearby.

Overall the service was great. Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with a mildly comfortable bed and coffee machine, as example, it worked well for me.

The staff was very friendly, highly courteous, and responded promptly to requests. The property had a particularly good and unbeatable location in the center. Everything was simply good.

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the historic downtown area, with easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The design of the rooms is well-thought-out, with clean and modern aesthetics. The bathroom doors were a nice touch, adding a sense of privacy.

The breakfast could use some improvement in terms of variety and quality.
